I've played around with Triple Thrust combo'd with Backstab, and while it can be powerful, timing and stability seem to be key points to making it work.
Between Shukuchi and Backstep, mobility is limitless and gives minor mp recover and buff to next Backstab used. Tips: Raise 290 STR, 100 VIT and 147 AGI, it will bring you durability, AMPR and medium damage. Yup, a Str-Agi-Vit samurai, new and weird.
Weaker against with: high crir esist bosses. Arcane Strike capped and only used when AMPR was needed. Stronger against with: low crit resist bosses. For maximized damage, took the masochist approach and capped Kairiki for Atk buff and AMPR. Godspeed Wield capped for unsheathe buff. Personally, my primary skills were spam Tenryu and parry with Magadaichi (EXTREMELY versatile), with Quick Draw capped to spam AMPR. It's apparent that DEX is the primary stat for most dagger and assassin skills, so statting Dex>Str seemed to be the logical build for this. Timing is key for this build and takes a lot of patience. Yes, of course pure Katana users benefit from Two Handed skill, but even without it, this build can still be viable.
The real deal starts at level 150 where you unlock tier 4 skills. You can't find low level builds because they are not important.
